I have checked our records and regrettably, with the information supplied I have been unable
to trace your reservation. I should be obliged if you would supply me with the credit card
number on which you have been charged or a Reservation ID. Please also
advise the circumstances under which you have been charged the 60.00 GBP Cancellation Fee.
Upon receipt of this information I will be happy to give the matter my
immediate attention.
